The passage of the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Act of 2002 established the PCAOB (the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board).  In its effort to protect the investing public, the SOX Act has created challenges for public companies of all sizes as well as those reaching for the goal of taking a company public.  Interpretation of the SOX Act along with the public company auditor requirements are continually changing.

Randall N. Drake CPA, PA is available in two ways to assist executives, directors, and auditors with public company audits.  Firstly, we can aid in SOX compliance and financial statement engagements in preparation for a public company audit. 

Secondly, as a PCAOB registered firm we are able to perform public company audits in compliance with the PCAOB Audit Standards and SEC regulations.
